Why we exist
A small business in 2026 runs on a stitched-together stack — a chat tool here, a booking system there, a separate inbox for the loyalty programme, a marketing app that does not talk to any of them. The work that holds it all together is invisible, repetitive, and almost always done by the owner at midnight.
We started Novix Star to replace that stack with one place. One operating system that knows the customer, the order, the booking, the inventory, the loyalty record, and the conversation — and where AI co-workers do the repetitive work alongside the team.
Our first product, NovixOne, is built for Hong Kong SMEs.
